• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities for business development and branch growth.
• Promote Homestead Bank's products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
• Maintain a positive, professional work environment and represent Homestead Bank within the local community.

Qualifications

• Previous banking experience required; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a relationship-focused approach.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to motivate a team, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions.
