 Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH, and wire requests.
  • Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and online banking support.
  • Balance cash transactions, research discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in daily operations.
  • Promote bank products and services, maintain compliance, and support branch operations as needed.

 Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Cash-handling, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
