Head Teller

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Head Teller to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and supporting the development of teller staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach teller team members
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with transactions and account inquiries
• Balance daily cash operations and maintain accurate records
• Ensure adherence to bank procedures and regulations
• Support branch goals and community involvement efforts

Qualifications:

• Previous teller or banking experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
