This role is responsible for administering lending platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting loan operations, and serving as a key resource for loan processing, servicing, reporting, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support lending systems, loan operations, and loan accounting functions.
• Develop and improve operational procedures, training programs, and system processes.
• Partner with internal teams to implement regulatory and technology updates.
• Monitor quality control, reporting, compliance, and operational performance.
• Provide support for loan servicing, audits, system conversions, and special projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Five years of banking, lending, or loan operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of loan operations, loan servicing, and banking regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
