Ag/Commercial Lender

Job Description:  Responsible for managing, developing and servicing an existing loan portfolio as well as fostering new relationships and growing the portfolio with quality credits.  Must have the ability to build strong lending relationships by providing excellent customer service and possess strong underwriting, credit analysis and risk management skills.  Must be willing to participate in bank and community activities including business, charitable, civic, and social organizations, increasing bank’s visibility and enhancing new business opportunities.   

Experience:  The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Ag/Commercial lending or Credit Analysis experience.  Experience using Moody’s Analytics (Web Equity) would be a plus.
