Account & Relationship Specialist

As an Account & Relationship Specialist you will be the first point of contact for new customers as well as the go to for maintaining the account relationship.  Job duties include opening and servicing a variety of accounts from student checking, consumer checking and savings, HSA, business accounts and certificates of deposit.  

You will guide customers through the new account onboarding process, ensuring customers are fully set up with digital banking, account features and a clear understanding of the products and services provided by Adams State Bank. You will continue to be a point of contact for both new and existing customers.  

Additional responsibilities will include resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, assisting with online banking set up and customer questions.  

Qualifications include Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, at least 1 year of customer sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with integrity and basic understanding of banking regulation and compliance requirements.  Candidates should be customer-focused, have strong problem-solving ability, be accurate and pay attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
