Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers. 

Responsibilities
- Answering main phone line

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication

- Provide information on bank products and services to meet customer needs

- Order Supplies

- Assist customers with various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, certificates of deposits, and new account opening.

- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to bank procedures

- Utilize financial software to perform account maintenance and transactions

- Other duties as required

Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial
- Knowledge of financial sales principles and practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions securely and efficiently
- Strong relationship management skills to foster customer loyalty
- Familiarity with financial software for account management
- Understanding of debits, credits, and banking terminology
