  • Help maintain the integrity of our credit processes through consistent documentation, monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Support a culture of accuracy, compliance, and responsible banking practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail—accuracy matters, and you take pride in getting it right.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when summarizing complex information.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking—you dig into details, ask good questions, and think ahead.
  • Time management and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Professional judgment and confidentiality, especially when working with sensitive financial information.
  • Collaborative mindset—you work well with colleagues, customers, and internal partners.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in credit analysis, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of banking regulations, credit practices, and compliance standards (or a willingness to learn).

Additional Perks:

  • Be part of a culture that prioritizes integrity, teamwork, and doing what’s right for the communities we serve.
  • Grow your career with ongoing learning opportunities, professional development, and support from leaders who want you to succeed.
  • Get involved in meaningful community initiatives and projects—because we believe in investing in both our people and our hometowns.
