Join a stable, premier community bank. We are seeking a sophisticated credit leader to manage a high-quality portfolio and drive strategic growth in North Central Kansas. This role offers the autonomy of a community bank backed by the resources of a high-performing financial institution.
 
The Role
As Vice President, you will serve as a key ambassador for the bank, managing a robust Commercial and Ag portfolio while providing expert-level credit leadership.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a complex loan portfolio with a focus on regional Ag and Commercial sectors.
  • Credit Excellence: Structure complex loan requests and conduct deep financial analysis (prior Credit Analyst experience is highly valued).
  • Relationship Advocacy: Cultivate long-term partnerships with local business leaders and agricultural producers.
  • Community Leadership: Represent the bank in civic and professional organizations to drive regional economic health.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 10 years of progressive commercial and agricultural lending experience.
  • Acumen: Mastery of credit evaluation, risk mitigation, and loan structuring.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Agribusiness, or related field.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
