Customer Service Representative

Cattle Bank & Trust has an immediate position for a Customer Service Representative at our Main Bank location in Seward, NE.  Customer Service Representatives are the customer-facing, front-line customer support personnel of the bank, providing exceptional service to deposit account customers in all facets of deposit account administration and associated services.  Responsibilities include having knowledge of the bank’s products and services and making appropriate recommendations to customers based upon their needs, opening and administering new and existing deposit account relationships, operating within the bank’s policies and procedures and bank regulations, and building long-term relationships with our customers.  Some teller responsibilities required on an as needed basis.  Come and join the Cattle Bank & Trust family of employees, where you are known and you are valued.  Customer contact or similar work experience required.  Salary of $40,000+ and commensurate with experience.  EOE
