Customer Service Specialist
Custer Federal State Bank has an opportunity for a full-time customer service specialist in our Kearney, Nebraska branch location.
Responsibilities for this position:
- Engage and communicate with current and prospective customers
- Promote all bank deposit and loan products
- Accurately and efficiently complete teller transactions
- Open new and service existing deposit accounts
- Monitor/maintain on-site automated teller machine performance
Requirements for the position:
- Excellent written and verbal skills with customers via in-person visitation, phone, text, or email communication
- Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment
- Ability to learn various bank core processing and operating systems
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Work Schedule for the position:
Bank hours of operation are 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday; the Bank is closed Saturday and Sunday.
