What You’ll Do:
· Lead and develop branch staff through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
· Oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
· Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Represent RVR Bank with integrity in every client and community interaction.
· Support special projects, cross-departmental needs, and team coverage as required.

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales and money handling experience preferred, but willing to train successful candidates.

Job Type
• Full-time
• Pay Range: $21.00-23.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, Rotating Saturday 8 am – 12 pm
• Work Location: In person, Blair, NE
