Join Our Team as a Compliance Analyst!
Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and ensuring operational integrity in the banking industry? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team and support the Compliance Department in maintaining adherence to federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures.
What You’ll Do:
As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Compliance Officer to:
- Conduct periodic audits across departments and ensure compliance recommendations are implemented.
- Review marketing materials and support daily loan and deposit compliance tasks.
- Assist with external audits and regulatory examinations.
- Help develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date compliance policies.
- Participate in risk assessments for Compliance and BSA functions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory changes.
- Respond to internal inquiries and resolve compliance-related issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years bank experience or similar understanding of banking regulations.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to customer service and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to participate in community engagement activities.
