Universal Banker

Home Federal Bank is seeking a Universal Banker for our Grand Island location to continue to help our customers build their future at home.  We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong sales aptitude.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Actively support Home Federal Bank's sales and marketing process
• Work to achieve Corporate, Department, and Personal HomeStars goals
• Building relationships with current and new customers to help assist with their financial needs
• Acquire, originate, and service desposit products for personal, retail and business customers
• Acquire, originate, and service consumer/personal loans
• Assist Collection Supervisor in teh management & collection of delinquent loans 
• Sell Home Federal Bank's Virtual Products
• Perform Teller transactions in a backup capacity
• Cross sell Home Federal Bank products and services

Skills Needed to Be Successful Include:

• Requires strong sales aptitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and have strong leadership qualities and be detail-oriented
• Proficient in computer operations including general software, spreadsheets, word processing adn Internet
• Requires excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
