Branch Manager - Imperial

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, customer service, and business development of our Imperial location. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role, is detail-oriented, and is ready to support our mission of providing trusted financial guidance in the communities we serve.  Duties include, but are not limited to:

-  Oversee Daily Branch Updates

-  Loan Portfolio Management (Ag, Commercial & Consumer)

-  Staff Leadership & Development

-  Strategic Reporting & Planning

-  Customer & Community Engagement
