What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural or commercial lending (preferred).
• Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of loan products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred).
