IT Network Technician 2(Automation)

Five Points Bank is seeking an IT Technician 2 to be part of the Grand Island team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing automated workflows to streamline processes utilizing SMA OpCon, VCron, MoveIt, Python and PowerShell. Other software solutions and tools may be used to support workflow and robot process automation.

Familiarity with virtualization platforms, Windows server and desktop operating systems, IP networking, and web design is required to support the day-to-day operating environment. Candidate will be expected to support escalation of support tickets from tier 1 technicians for troubleshooting application, server, networking, and other technical issues. Position will require some after-hours work to support IT operations including updates and troubleshooting processes where necessary.  Position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and one year of programing/automation experience or four years of related experience.
