Position Summary: The Personal Trust Administrative Specialist 2 performs administrative duties including greeting customers via telephone calls, in person, or at their home, completing correspondence and reports, document imaging, and handling client requests for Trust Officer’s accounts. This level of position administers less complex trusts, estates, individual retirement accounts, and agency accounts or tasks without direct supervision of the Trust Officer. As part of our hybrid work from home opportunity guidelines, associates are expected to work 4 days onsite in Omaha, NE with the opportunity of 1 day WFH each week. Eligibility for this arrangement beginning upon completion of onboarding.
