Pathway Bank is a relationship-driven community bank with deep roots in agriculture. We’re looking for an experienced lender to join our team—someone who is committed to serving and supporting our current ag and commercial customers with excellence, while also identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio and build new relationships in the communities we serve.

This is a full-time, exempt position offering great benefits, a family-friendly culture, and the opportunity to be part of a community-focused bank. Compensation includes the potential for loan incentives, performance-based bonuses, and a company-provided vehicle, depending on portfolio performance.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a midsized to large portfolio of agricultural and commercial clients. You’ll structure sound credit solutions, monitor risk, and ensure the ongoing credit quality of the portfolio. You’ll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow deposits, cross-sell services, and deepen long-term relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing customer relationships to meet lending, deposit, and service needs
  • Conducting client interviews to assess financial needs and provide personalized lending guidance
  • Analyzing credit and financial information to make sound loan decisions
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and managing credit risk, including early identification of deteriorating credits
  • Collaborating with team members to promote profitable growth across assigned markets
  • Actively participating in community involvement to strengthen Pathway Bank’s presence and reputation
  • Providing performance updates to senior leadership and the Board as needed

If you’re ready to join a team that values people, integrity, and local impact, we’d love to hear from you.
