Mortgage Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop administrative mortgage staff
• Be available to field questions
• Cover absences and process loans when needed
• Work closely with the VP of Credit Administration and Mortgage Personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process from start to finish
• Help develop and write procedures and job descriptions
