Commercial Agriculture Loan Officer

Home Federal Bank is looking for a Commercial/Ag Loan Officer for our Lexington location to continue to help our customers build their future at home.  We are seeking an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong sales aptitude.

Principal Duites and Responsibilites incldue:

• Building realtionships with new and existing Home Federal Bank customers
• Acquire and originate commercial real estate and non-real estate loans
• Business development of primary target market which includes small to medium size businesses
• Market and cross sell all Home Federal Bank products and services, including virtual products
• Responsible for credit management and underwriting porfolio
• Participate in the community in order to foster the relationship between the bank and community members

Skills needed to be successful include:

• 3-5 years of commerical lending experience
• 2 years of credit analysis experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Organized
• Ability to multitask
• Time management
• Ability to effectively use technology
