Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate, process and close in-house and secondary market real estate and HELOC loans

• Interview applicants, examine, evaluate and authorize or reommend approval of customer applications for real estate loans.
• Analyze applicant financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting the loan
• Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:  minimum of three years' experience in mortgage loan origination or related field;  knowledge of loan underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards;  familiar with title reports, insurance and appraisals;  excellent communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;  working knowledge of loan origination software; strong internpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
