Universal Banker

Home Federal Bank is currently seeking a Universal Banker for our Lincoln location. This is a fast-paced position.  This position is Monday - Friday.

Principal Duties and Responsibilites include:

• Acquire, originate and service deposit products for personal, retail and business customers.
• Products include deposit platform products and certificates of deposit.
• Acquire, originate and consumer/personal loans.
• Underwrite and review of personal loans including auto, recreational and home equity.
• Assist the Collection Supervisor in the management and collection of delinquent loans.
• Sell Home Federal Bank's virtual products.
• Have a reasonable understanding of BSA/AML responsibilites as well as CIP, SAR and CTR

Skills needed to be successful include:

• Strong sales aptitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and have strong leadership qualities and be detail oriented.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in computer operations including general software, spreadsheets, word processing and internet.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Minimum of two (2) years lending/or colleciton experience preferred.
