What is the role of a CSA Supervisor?
The CSA Supervisor runs the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service area. This requires thorough knowledge of Bank and teller processes, while also supervising, coaching and developing team members.
What will you do as a CSA Supervisor?
The key objectives of this position are to manage the Customer Service area, including supervision of Customer Service Team members. The person in this role will serve customers by being knowledgeable about products and services and matching them to customer needs, while also being proficient in completing processes, such as opening new accounts.
What is the schedule for a CSA Supervisor?
This is a full-time position, and the working hours are generally 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
