Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in navigating the mortgage application process from start to finish.
• Evaluate and recommend loan products that align with clients’ financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals and referral sources.
• Utilize our technology to manage and streamline loan processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting procedures, and industry guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with mortgage software and technology platforms.
