State Nebraska Bank & Trust is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, and building strong relationships with clients.

This position is located at our Main Branch location. The hours of the position will mostly consist of working 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am-12:00pm every third Saturday. Flexibility in work hours may be required, including weekends.
The successful candidate must possess a strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information in a responsible and secure manner. A bachelor’s degree is required, with previous experience in customer service or cash handling a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Candidate must reside or relocate within 15 miles of Wayne, Nebraska.
