This position is vital to supporting the financial needs of local farmers, ranchers, and businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ag and commercial lending, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for serving mid-Nebraskan communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with agricultural producers, business owners, and commercial clients.
• Assess creditworthiness and provide customized loan solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of loans and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Foster positive community connection through involvement in boards and activities.

 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural or commercial lending preferred.
• Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of loan products.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
