Construction Draw Specialist - Affordable Rental Housing

Horizon Bank has been providing financing for the construction of affordable rental housing using low-income housing tax credits for over 30 years.  The bank now serves the heartland region of 11 midwestern states.  We are looking to add a Construction Draw Specialist to our affordable housing team to oversee and process construction draws on a portfolio of roughly 50-60 developments.  This position also fields loan and deposit customer service related inquiries from developers, contractors, investors, and property managment companies.  To be successful in the position, the following skills are helpful:  General banking knowledge, an understanding of construction terminology, forms, and, processes, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WORD.  The expectation is that the team member would work in the bank five days a week.   Horizon Bank has been in existence since 1907 and is proud to be a woman owned bank.
