Loan Portfolio Risk Manager/Lead Analyst
Job Description:
This position will provide management, the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities with an independent evaluation of the quality of the Bank's loan portfolio. Will ensure all lending policies and procedures are maintained. Will also be responsible for the supervision of the Credit Review personnel and department workflow.
Experience Required:
Requires a bachelor's degree with a business or accounting emphasis and three to five years banking experience in Credit Review or Lending. Knowledge of accounting practices. Attention to detail with a strong math aptitude. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Ability to interact effectively with other bank personnel, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Organizations skills and able to prioritize work assignments. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
