Branch Manager

Waypoint Bank is looking for a Branch Manager at its Imperial location   Individual would be in charge of retaining and developing the branch in Imperial.  Duties would include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the daily functions of the Imperial location. (Deposits, operations, loan portfolio, etc.)
• Managing of the staff and staffing needs at the Imperial Branch.
• Ongoing reporting to management and the Board of Directors. (Budgets, branch goals, monthly branch updates, etc.)
• Developing your skills directly with Commercial and Ag Lending.
• Developing leads and calling on prospective bank loan customers.
• Working with applicants/customers to identify their financial goals and financing needs.
• Gathering and analyzing applicants/customers financial status, credit history, repayment ability, etc.
• Conducting collateral inspections.
• Participating in bank wide loan reviews and other bank wide duties/tasks as needed.
• Preparing of loan presentations for approval by the loan committee.
• Ongoing servicing, reviewing, analyzing and updating of customer financial records, loan performance, loan to collateral value calculations, etc.
• Collecting of delinquent loans or loan payments
• Performing other job duties that may be from time to time assigned to you by the management of Waypoint Bank.
