If you can answer “Yes” to these questions, Heartland Bank may have the perfect role for you.  Heartland Bank is a growing organization with an opportunity for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) Supervisor in the Fairbury location.

What is the role of an CSA Supervisor?

The CSA Supervisor runs the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service area.  This requires thorough knowledge of Bank and teller processes, while also supervising, coaching and developing team members. 

What will you do as an CSA Supervisor?

The key objectives of this position are to manage the Customer Service area, including supervision of Customer Service Team members.  The person in this role will serve customers by being knowledgeable about products and services and matching them to customer needs, while also being proficient in completing processes, such as opening new accounts.

What is the schedule for an CSA Supervisor?

This is a full time position, and the working hours are generally 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  The position also is part of a Saturday rotation, and will include working a Saturday schedule to be determined.

What education/experience is preferred for an CSA Supervisor?

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience working in retail banking
  • Two to four years of supervisory experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education or experience
